Staff for transport, hospitality, construction and social care

Staffing Options supplies temporary, temp-to-perm and permanent staff to businesses in four industries. We start locally, in Slough and nearby, and then work nationwide.

The four industries

• Transport: drivers from Category B (car and van) upwards, and transport roles around them.
• Hospitality: kitchen, front-of-house and housekeeping staff.
• Construction: labourers and site operatives with the cards and checks each site asks for.
• Social care: care staff for care settings, in England only for now. We do not supply nurses or home care to individuals.

How we supply staff

• Temporary: we employ the worker, pay them every week for every hour they work, and invoice you.
• Temp-to-perm: as temporary, until you take the worker on yourself, on the terms set out in our hirer terms.
• Permanent: we introduce candidates; you employ the person you choose and pay us an introduction fee.

Every worker is checked before they start: identity, right to work in the UK, and the checks their role needs. A person, not a computer, decides every placement.
