Work for us

We find temporary, temp-to-perm and permanent work in transport, hospitality, construction and social care, in Slough and nearby first and then across England, Scotland and Wales. Registering and finding work with us is free: we never charge you a fee for finding work.

How to register

1. Email jobs@staffing-options.co.uk with the work you are looking for, where you can work, and your CV if you have one.
2. We call you to talk about the work and the checks your role needs.
3. Before we put you forward for any work, you get our worker terms and your own key information document, and you agree them.
4. We check your identity and your right to work in the UK, take references and do the checks your role needs (for example a driving licence check for drivers, or an enhanced DBS check for care roles).

When you work through us on a temporary assignment

• We pay you every week for every hour you work, even if the business has not paid us yet.
• Your pay is never below the National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage for your age, and tax and National Insurance are taken through PAYE, with a payslip each time.
• You get paid holiday, and we enrol you in a workplace pension when you qualify.
• From your first day you can use the business's shared facilities and hear about its vacancies; after 12 weeks in the same role you get the same basic pay and conditions as someone the business employs directly.
• We never share your details with a business without your agreement for that job.
